Project proposals for the 2025-2026 application cycle are OPEN! If you are interested in submitting a project for ATFAB to review, please fill out and return proposal documents via email to [email protected] and [email protected].
Facilities Review Submission Deadline 2025-2026: Friday, December 5, 2025*
Final Deadline for 2025-2026: Friday, January 23, 2026*
If accepted, project applicants will present to ATFAB for 15-20 minutes and answer questions for 10-15 minutes during our usual Monday night meetings in Spring 2026.
*If the project involves infrastructure construction, CSU Facilities Management must review cost estimates and proposal schedules. It is highly advised to build your cost estimate with Remodel and Construction Services (RCS)** well in advance of this date. The applicant will receive confirmation of the Facilities Management review prior to the final deadline for project submittal listed above.
